ow The Safety ProgramWorks

  • Each month an employee works with an OSHA reportable, they are rewarded with Safety Points saved, accumulated and redeemed for merchandise from the deluxe safety catalog of awards which includes merchandise and travel.
  • Employees may earn bonus points by participating in monthly activity explained in the safety calendar.
  • Employees receive a monthly statement indicating the points they have earned, the points they have used and the points remaining available for redemption.
  • TLC handles 95% of the administration
  • TLC originates and delivers activity reports.
  • TLC is on call to meet with the safety director and/or committee as frequently as needed to maintain the high enthusiasm of the program.
